Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Banana, ripe
Few Strawberries (fresh but refrigerated, I used around 10)
1 cup Plain Yogurt (low-fat) or Milk (low-fat)
2 Tbsp Honey
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour in a glass and enjoy. Yes! Your power breakfast is ready.
Crunch in an apple too to let you march easily till lunch :)
