1 Tomato, finely sliced
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1/2 cup Grated Coconut
Salt, to taste

- Now add the sliced shallots/ pearl onions and saute until it turns translucent.
- Add the sliced tomato, red chilli powder and salt. Cook until the tomato is cooked well.
- At this stage, add the grated coconut and mix well further for two mins. Then remove from fire.
- Once cooled, grind the fried dry red chillies followed by the coconut-onion-tomato mixture. While grinding, no need to add any water and transfer to a serving dish once it reaches your preferred chutney consistency.
